I'm just looking for some suggestions on how to take pics of my mags w/ out getting glare. I tried some w/ out the flash but I'm still having some shiney problems

I turn off the lights in my room, put it on my bed, get a folder or something. Angle it against the flash bulb at a 45 degree angle so the flash goes up and hits the cieling. Makes shots like this (this was a completely dark room). Took a while for me to figure it out direct flash brought out details you would not see in normal light, and that generally wasnt good for my mag
