At what point does the security become useless? I just got car jacked by a guy with another XJ (not mine). I tried jacking cars and I'm at level 11 experience.. Yet I always fail. What do I need to jack a car? Tons of credits or Tons of experience?

You can buy a security system for your car in MC. Its under Upgrades in the Tuner Shop.
Driver level 1 lets you get stage 1, level 2 goes to stage 3 i think... level 3 allows up to stage 7 or so iirc... I'm at driver level 15 and have had stage 10 for a long time now.
In order to carjack or do any other theft, you need to get your RAD up. You gain 1 rad point for each race you accept, and lose 3 for each you decline... kinda sucks if you get challenged for slips a lot.
