DUMB newbs!

ok.. i have nothing against newbs.. UNLESS they dont follow the rules. heres the story... so i go for my first day of pball in 5 months (damn snow), and im having a good time all day. After like 5 games, these two guys (a man and his son) join us. They explain they've never played before (i dont know why they chose to play with us...), so me and my buddy try to introduce them to the sport a bit, teach them the lingo ect. We begin to play, and i get shot out about half way through the game. Im waiting for the next game to start, and one of the newb guys (the son) comes up to me with no barrel plug in. I let him know that the barrel plug should be on AT ALL times except while playing and chronoing. As i said this.. he popped 4 shots into my chest.. cause he didnt have his barrel plug on... NOT to mention.. he didnt have his mask on!! i couldnt believe it. its common sense.

I'm sorry buy how do you accidentally shoot someone 4 times when your using a gun that costs < 250 (im assuming sence it was his first time he was renting, unless he is extremely spoiled and got an electro..)

Well he probably felt horrible afterwards (at least i would have) and learned his lesson, so i might have been a good thing.

Actually a local field here rents electros! Don't imagine that's too common though.

The new store that opened right near my house, lets you rent any gun before you buy it. Its pretty cool, they have every gun, timmys, angels, cockers, impulses, strange vision impulses. They have alot of strange vision impulses because team strange is always hanging out their, the owner is very good friends with them.

and i screamed at him for a good 5 minutes before his father came over and started yelling at me... then i told the ref. did i mention that i was probably 5 feet away from him.. at MAX.

it did turn out to be good today though. i got to see a fellow aoer, and shoot his emag with the AO flatline drop.. it was a tequilla sunrise emag.. UBER SEXY!! i think his name was ross.

Yeah, also when handing your electro marker to the airfill guy, PLEASE turn it off! I took a hit (there was a barrel bag on it but it kinda hurt from about 1/2 inch away from my collarbone) from some jerk with a GZ Timmy who handed me a live marker without telling me. Of course while trying to get the q/d part of the air fill station on his tank, the trigger got brushed. Needless to say I was pretty pissed.

The latest of mine -

We were out hunting (I haven't played in a little while, shool induced) with a guide and all. I get dropped off with my uncle in a nice spot, well, the scenery was lovely, the hunting sucked. After the day we get picked up, my uncle and check our rifles on safe and unload them before hopping in the back of the guides pick up. We go on to pick up the next group, chatting and giving the guide a good ribbing for choosing a lousy spot for us. When we pick up the other guys, one of them just hops into the back of the truck. The guide tells him to unload the rifle, he says "it's okay its on safe" to prove his point he pulls the trigger and blows a hole in the side of the truck. My ears were ringing for about an hour I thought the guide was going to beat the prick to death, we had to restrain him. Needles to say, somebody didn't get a ride home. On the good side I now know how long it takes to walk back to camp from that spot.

This brand of stupidity isn't only in paintball.
