it didnt really even hurt it was just like in and out. it was the on/off pin.

You get a Valve, but you don't want to spend the time reading the instructions, over and over if need be. You are not alone. Each day, there are the same questions, over and over...

"I just a x-valve/LX, and it doesn't work!"

There is a lot to setting up correctly, but it is within the scope of all but a few. Read first. If in doubt, read again. Take your time. It's not rocket science. (I saw your post in Tech)

i read the whole thing and it wasnt working still and so i took it out of the body after i took the air off and it shot into my lip and now i lost some pieces.

another person who thinks the directions dont apply to them... if it has LX, you need to COMPLETELY degas the marker and make sure that the regulator is at 0 PSI also if you have one... this is why a proconnect or slidecheck is highly suggested for level 10 users, it allows full degassing of the valve and level 10 because it needs atleast 400 PSI to function, unlike the classic valve where you can empty all of the air out until 0

if it doesnt fire... you simply have to tune the level 10... it's not just a drop in kit

You obviously do not understand that you must not have degased your marker before you tried to remove the valve. You cannot do this. And you most likely just did not turn the velocity up enough for it to shoot. Not sure because you spend more time in this thread telling us what you did wrong than describing your set up issues but I will go look in Tech and see. Be carefull from now on and degas that marker! Thats not safe!!!
