Everyone knows (or should know) this one:
1. Chip off small pieces of dry ice.
2. Place dry ice into a container that you can reseal (ie. 20oz coke bottle)
3. Add some warm water to help the Ice thaw/expand faster
4. Seal container
5. Take cover...


Also you can make home-made root beer... but what fun is that? It doesn't even wake the neighbors...

My local field should put dry ice around in spots for a scenario game, that would be parnominal, I'd be like a sniper in the smoke and like snipe people.

Okay, I never thought it was cool.... I was merely joking, and like you said, not suggesting anyone should really do it. Aren't you like 14? Think twice before threatening someone's life, little boy, cause that might come back to bite you in the ***. The shaving cream bomb and other ideas like that can be accessed by ANYONE who has access to the internet.
