Why should YOU protest the war.

Why should YOU protest the war.
I am not asking a question, it is a sentence, a statement...

The other day my Friend Ryan and I were driving down 17th Ave in Calgary. As we drove by this anti-war protest i shouted "NUKE IRAQ!" with my fist held high out the window, and having great enthusiasm in my voice. I guess at first they didn't understand what i said because they started to cheer, and seconds later they went dead silent as we drove off. It was definitely a show of how some of the people protesting should open their ears to what is actually being said, and protest for your OWN reasons, not just go out and pick a side because it may sound to be trendy at first.

    Life lesson learned.

It reminded me of the following link i found on the net. Now im not saying i have a side on this war. Im one of the few people now that don't know what to think. Infact Im not taking any sides, and choosing to ride this event out until its over or it starts to affect me more in some way or fashion. If your going to say something about anything make it a well-informed comment. the following sound clip is living proof of this.

What? So they misunderstood you, that doesn't mean that they're sheep.
"What we have to accomplish at this time is all the more clear: relentless criticism of all existing conditions, relentless in the sense that the criticism is not afraid of its findings and just as little afraid of the conflict with the powers that be."

You know who are organizing most of these protests right? The communist and social 'parties'.

These ignorant sheep march and protest blindly.
