Man subs (sandwiches) are expensive

I didn't realize how high the price of a sub was, I just paid about $7 for a 12inch (only sub, nothing else) at Blimpie. Dang that's a lot I think. How much you guys pay for a sub?

uhm, we get 4 '6 inches, and 1 12' inch and a coke for like $14 at Subway when ever I pick up stuff for everyone here.

I have one of those school promotional things where I get discounts everywhere. 12 inch and a coke, I get a free 6 inch. And I know the guy so he usually marks two of the subs which are pretty plain for my little brother/sis down to the price of what you'd pay if they got a kids meal.

Yeah I have a discount card myself from my school or I'll usually use a coupon, but I didn't happen to have either with me so I didn't get the discount. I didn't realize how high the price was on regular priced sub where I live.

Man, you need to find yourself a good local sandwich market. My local sandwich stop is right in town, and it's like 6.50 for any sub, a bag of chips, and a 12oz drink, at least for high school students.

Prices change immensely depending on where you are.

Down near Christiansburg VA, I went to a Subway and spent about half what I would on the same thing up here.

Cost of living sucks in NJ.
