Okay, hypothetically speaking, if one of those actually were at the surface and you fell next to it.... what actually WOULD happen?

I was hoping for some new movie about a man-eating squid... closest I've seen was Sphere... oh well

But say if it actually was alive... would it eat you, sting you, envelop you, ....?

Well I imagin if you were to get close enough to one it would envelop you with the tentacles and those rotating barb deals would make some nice holes in you. Rendering you aneebriated; then it might tear you into a few chunks, slowly chewing you gone with the two beaks that it has.
