well, as some of ya know, yesterday was the PotLuck Tourny out at Dan's Land...
we Had 3 teams of 5, and played a tripple round robbin... Lots of games! it was a Great day...

about the potluck...

We have Captains, 3 cause we had 3 teams..
I was a captain, and like a dumb$$$ I was up all night drinking and #$%#$%$#%#$%$#%$#%#$% the night before, so I was crap all day! but it was for fun, so it's ok! lol ..
anyway, the Captains Draw names of the people who are there playing, and that's how we make the teams... =]
I got Trench, and then 3 newbies.. on a good day we would have run most out games.. lol...

We were offically, Team Off... we finished in 3ed place, so all the other Teams Beat Off... ! But it's cool, cause Trench's friend *first time player* won a GUN! so now he can play all the time!

Jonesie, and Sin and his wife also came down.... Jonesie is hurting a bit too! lol .... he made the mistake of trying to bunker my little brother.. Trench in the snake while I was at the head of the snake ..

I've got a couple of nice ones on my back too! Jonesie won a chair, and I got a shirt.. .=] so it was fun!
I didn't have a cam so I was not able to get any pix... although Jonesie should have his Xmag today!!!! =]
he was bragging about it all day!! lol ... so there might be a pix of that and maybe his welt...

Interesting day, one of these 'potluck' teams just dominated. lost 2 of 6 games, but had respectable points on the losses.

Jonesie has a beauty of a welt on his left shoulder. It looks like a double tap to the same place! it was raised up about 1/2" and was at least an inch or more across.

No cameras around so no good pics when it was looking its best. Hopefully Jonesie will get a pic or two up later.

well this summer when i get my car, me and my 5 man will take the short drive up there some time and see what we can do. Saturday they had me (the fat kid) playing the 50 so it was fun.

aaahhh, I came into this thread thinkin it was talking about MY team!! Haha we had a 5-man tourney a few weeks ago, we were Team Off, and we got our asses handed to us on a silver platter, by each of the eleven other teams. :)
Granted, we were playing at amateur (sp) level, and we are DEFINITELY all rookies... but still!!

Haha seemingly random, but I thought it was funny this thread had that name.

I'll have to get down there real soon, boomer. I know Gary will be checking it out in a week and a half or so!

BTW - Here's a pic of my welt. It's much larger than it looks. It was taken about an hour after the tourney ended. It's approximately 2" at it's widest point.
