Bees scare the bejesus out of me. Like Shartley, I too was caught in a swarm and stung when I was young. I spent the night in hospital. I also swell up like crazy when I get stung - got stung on the ankle when going rapid swimming one time, and my foot got so big it couldn't fit into my sandal - looked like I had a baseball for a heel.

Tis the season for bees. I left my window open the other day only to hear about 6 buzzing around in my room when I awoke. That was pretty strabge to wake up to. Luckily they all buzzed off.
