17, junior and the best paintballer in the school (it,s true people challenge me just to see if they can beat me and they dont but so far i cant beat anyone out of my school, ive tried once and got my butt royally kicked by my dealer) but the school only has 300 people in it

17, Senior. Also the best paintballer in the school, we have 850, but only 10-20 paintballers so it's not that impressive . Just out of curiosity, has anyone started/tried to start paintball clubs at their school. Just wondering as I tried, but got shot down by the school division's insurance company. They "strongly reccomend avoiding any association with paintball or any other millitaristic activities" . That REALLY pissed me off.

Im 15, and a sohpomore in High School. Well to start off there are hardly any paintballers in general in Alaska, add on that in my hs, maybe one other person besides me plays at a field, or ahs before. Most are the type that "I bought a talon/stingray/spyder/mod98 and play 3 times a year in the woods in camo". While im the "I own a minimag and pump money into it and play at a field competivetely" type. So its kind of a clash. I try to teach people about it, and most listen. There was one kid last eyar and maybe 3 pothers who played competetively, they wer elike sophomores and juniors, and they tried to start a club, but the school said "we dont want anyhting promoting guns". They brought up that theyw erent legally guns, but markers. And then they brought up rifelry, then the school said that due to the military aspects of it, no. They showed them speedball, and hyperball, and mentioned the JROTC clubs and marching clubs, and the school said no. Then the school said that due to 2 kids who shot up antives with a paintball gun that december (who didnt even live in anchorage, but in eagle river, 20 miles away) that no. We wouldnt bring in our guns or anything, but rather hang out, and meet together for games, and talk about whatever, it wuld basically be a way to unite the paintballer sof my schoo. Those 3 or 4 kids are gone now. Oh yeah, our school has about 2200 kids. Its a 9-12th. Our system goes K-6 (elementary), 7-8 (middle school), and 9-12th (high school). Ok im done. Later.
