                          Ok, gee, how many people think that lowering the draft age to 15 would even PASS? Come on...common sense really isnt that common after all.

                              If Leno could find dumb people for his Jaywalking segment, you will find people who would believe the reinstatement of the draft with the minimun age of 15. And I am not kidding!

                                                          Any US service person can go into a bar on a military base and drink freely it is legal for them to do so only on military bases if you are an active member of the service.

                                                          Most of the drinking laws that are enacted are enacted by states indivilually.
                                                          Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off of your Objective.
