there is no such thing as underage smoking, at least, to my knowledge. Smoking is legal. Buying it is not, at least, until you're 18. I don't know if this is true elsewhere, but in MA it is.

Anyway, smoking, be it tobacco of the whacko or non-whacko variety, is really bad for you. It smells, and it gets you nowhere. I won't tell you what to do. Don't give them to your friends, either. The best thing to do would be to throw them away.

NOT TRUE At least here in the great state of california you will get cited for being underage and smoking. But then again, we have way more laws in this state than most other states do:)
