Bluetooth/wireless Internet HELP!!!
Hey all I am going to be getting the Dell Axim x5 400mhz and want qireless internet. What is bluetooth and what other serveice srae there out there... How much are they????

Bluetooth is mainly a short-range wireless technology. It has several uses that I can think of such as transferring info from your PC to a cell phone or PDA and vice-versa without wires. Like I said before, it is a short-range signal, probably not too much more than 10-15 feet. Bluetooth is not a good way, if it even is, to get wireless internet. You need a wireless gateway or router to get wireless internet and your PC needs a wireless NIC card such as the popular standard of 802.11b.
