its an H2? i dont like them very much, they are HUGE gas hogs and are very unnecessary for urban travel. if you go off roading though, i bet its great. i still like the old hum-vees more

        Gas Hog!?

What are you kidding me?? Its not even close to a gas hog! he told me he only gets 6-8 miles per gallon .. The old H1 got more miles per gallon and thats b/c it was a diesel engine..

Put some TVs in there with PS2 and you can watch movies and play games while driving in a stylish truck..Who doesnt like that!?

Yeah, too bad it's a gas hog so you can't take it cross country.

No offense, but I think the H1 is more rugged and better for off roading. I wouldn't buy an H2 since it's based off the Yukon XL/ Suburban frame.....

i HAAAATTTTTEEEEEE yuppie vehicles, and yuppies in general. and the h2 is the epitemy of yuppines. i would be embarrased to have that "suv" (aka soccer mom mobile) enter my family. dont tell me, he is gonna put huge rims on it and lower it right

i have an 84 bronco with a 4" lift and 35s on it, its got a crate 350 in it, now thats a truck, and it gets about 7 miles to the gallon. the h2 is a joke, i drive real hummers all the time and they are freaking cool.

sorry about the rant, but these wanna be trucks really really piss me off, and the term "suv" makes me even madder, its a damn truck

So you're a redneck. To each his own man, no need to hate.

How is it a yuppie vehicle? Because he can afford it? Dont bash people because they want to spend there money on different things than you would. Hes not gonna put rims and lower it..Just some TVs and PS2! The H2 is a real hummer..just more affordable than the H1..How is it a wanna be truck? As Skeletar said..."it's based off the Yukon XL/ Suburban frame", Arent those trucks? If the H2 is based off their frame..isnt that a truck too? And you cant even call me a yuppie since you never met me or anyone in my family..so backoff

eh, i think he meant that hummers are seen as a status symbol more than a truck nowadays, much like mercedes and BMWs tend to be seen as status symbols. and if you ask me the h2 is just a perfect symbol of the crap society we live in today. why? because it takes what began as a military vehicle that later became availible for civilian use and then takes out all the things that makes it a humvee. i don't think people would buy it if it wasn't a cheaper representation of the humvee, and the people who made it know this. people wanted humvees but complained that they were too expensive. so what'd they do? they came out with a cheaper/more middle class american type of vehicle, dropping the pricetag by 60 grand or so. in other words, the company taught those seeking status symbols that they no longer had to work for the real thing, that it was OKAY to SETTLE with the worse vehicle. not to mention the h2 gets less mileage than the h1, which makes me wonder even more who really cares that we are killing needlessly in the middle east for oil. eh, my two cents.
