        I'm north of poughkeepsie. I have an office in Oceanside though and I work 3-4 days a week in NJ. I'll find it.

                It's completely Illegal

                The modems that you get from the cable are set to only allow a certain amount of bandwidth. An "uncapper", basically opens up the bandwidth limits. As I said though, they are illegal. If they catch it they will ban you. I have the program you need at my work computer. I never used it because I have DSL. I will have to send it to you. I think you might also be able to find some tweaks at cable-modems.org
