            Sure! That's it!

The original topic of this thread was how stupid the US is for expecting someone to punish the French. Well that is my take on it.

            See, never wrong!

Also, 1de, the USSR got their nuclear materials from the US through Lend Lease.

I could give nuclear materials to a monkey. Without the technical information those traitors passed onto the USSR, the Soviets would not have had the A Bomb until the 1950's.

Even though this guys version of WWII is completely wrong, he did copy and paste the only complete list we have, so just forget he end comments and it is a decent site.

Funny you claim that I think I am always right, yet every time I argue something I think is right, you argue something you think is right. So really how can you say I always think I am right without saying that you also think you are always right and such. Funny how logic works.

Also as anyone with a 5th grade history should be able to pick up, his ending comments are all wrong.

You said that Russia got their Nuclear materials through spies, I told you no, they got it from the government. You now say that the materials don't matter after I prove you wrong. Hum interesting.

Shall we talk about the bravery of the Soviet soldier during WWII? Explain this with your typical BS, CB...

In this report, Stalin himself admits his troops basically aren't worth a damn. Or are you going to argue with Stalin and tell him he's wrong, too?

Only your logic. See you are always right. I have been wrong before and will be wrong again, but then again, I'm only human !

Yet you picked him as your source, eh? Very interesting that you needed to stoop that low to find someone who posts facts the way you choose to see them.

No I did not! READ my post before calling me a liar! I said that they obtained Nuclear Weapons through the spies. If you had all the ingrediants to make gunpowder, you could not make a bomb without the recipe. The Rosenbergs sold that information/knowledge/recipe to the Soviets. Those traitors gave the USSR the ability to make the Weapons (or were they wrongly executed heros of the Soviet Republic)! So yes, the traitors did give the Soviet Weapons. They did NOT give them the materials nor did I ever state they did! But then again, I guess you are right and I am wrong.

Don't you read entire posts? He said that the Soviets got their bomb-building info from spys not bomb-building
                      material.

No that is not what he is saying. He is saying that they need to abandon the tactics that Russians, now Soviets have done for centuries, and take a stand and fight. He is not saying his soldiers are not worth a darn. I would be interested in what sentence gave you that notion.

I have been wrong before, and I will be wrong again.

quote 1de "Soviets obtained nuclear weapons through American Traitors" I guess FDR is a trader.

No that is not stooping low, he copied and pasted the only document that we have that shows what we gave the USSR, nothing wrong with using that site as long as your can tell between true and false.

Hmmm you are so smart, why don't you prove you are right by disproving his statement!

Yes, Weapons! Not materials. I can turn Ammonia and bleach into a weapon WITH THE PROPER KNOWLEDGE! Please do not try to argue that the Rosenbergs TRAITOROUS ACTIONS did not lead to a Soviet Advance. THe Soviets wouls have needed at least another 5 years to get the bomb without those traitors. Look at NK. Thay have had the material. They have finally got the recipe.

I have a gun, but without bullets, could I shoot you? You know what I meant, but since you are always right, I guess I should be much more specific like you !

So he knows how to research, but his researched opinions are all wrong? Okay, whatever!

No one should call the Soviet soldiers during WWII cowards. The Soviets suffered miserably from the German invasion. If you read that book "The Enemy at the Gates" the scenes are horrifying. Scenes like a mother carrying her dead baby for days etc.

Any troops without good equipment, supplies, training, hope, etc can get demoralized. In the beginning the Russians were demoralized by the end the Germans were the ones demoralized and without hope.

I was not debating with CB whether the Soviets had suffered or whether the Soviets fought hard but was debating his insane premise that the U.S. got "lucky" in WWII and didn't really contribute to the war effort in the European front.

Those are not opinions based on research, his are opinions based on is hatred, two different things.

And no Aaron, I didn't say the US's contributions in WWII were minimal. I said that without the US help, IMO the Soviets still would have won. They would of suffered ALOT more, took alot longer, but in the end it is my belief they would ahve come out on top.

Also the US did get lucky in WWII. There is no way in the world that the US could have beaten the same germany army that the Soviets put up with.

1de, without materials, plans are useless.

THAT IS WHAT WE ALL SAID!

If CB is going to live in his fantasy world, then we all can attempt to prove him wrong with other theories. THe fact the US had the A-Bomb is a pretty good theory that we could have won the war anyway.

US bombers are what destroyed German industry in WWII. Even CB has to concede this point. (Like that will happen! )
