What are your opinions of Jeep Wrangler's?? I think they are pretty sweet, I'm hoping to get one within in the next year. But would like to know a little bit more on them, what are some pros and cons about jeeps??

My old Man used to own a YJ and now owns a Cherokee (sp?).

Hard Top/Soft Top
Multiple Door options
4 wheel drive
Small
A lot of fun

Cons

Gear ratio between the front and back in 4W drive is off. (Keep it in 2w Drive unless you get stuck)
Wind blows through it.
Parts can get expensive.
If you get stuck in 4w drive you need a winch to get out
Easy to break into with soft top/doors or with out top or doors

I love jeeps...

right now i've got an '88 suzuki samauri....love it eventhough i can't get it up to 55 mph when driving into the wind. hahaha tires are too big.

Sweet, good to hear other people like jeeps too. Hopefully I can get a Jeep Sahara within the next year. How much is it to buy the roofs?? Cuz i want both the hard top and soft top. And Temo Vryce, what door options are there??

weird. I'm going down the dealership next week to pick up a cherokee.. hopefully it will do me better as a winer car then a 2200lbs mustang with a v-8 rwd and pizzacutters

2200lbs? how stripped is the thing?

it's an 82 4.2 l notch... It's pry a little more then 2200lbs... but not much... these 82's were pretty stipped down fron the factory. no center console, no power options, etc. I can almost lift hte back end of the ground....the shocks are fully extended

Door Options:
Hard Doors
Soft Doors
Half Doors (bottom half Hard or Soft)
Tube Doors (Just a piece metal tubing that makes a loop in the door frame)
And My Favorite No doors.

If you can get your hands on a Aftermarket parts catalog it will give a really good idea of what you can get for your Jeep.

They are great for off road I think. My father has owned 7 different Jeeps and I only road in 3 of them. One was jacked up alittle, and it was good. They suck though, dont get one at all.
