Ok the best one is obviously the short fat one in the red dy jersey and by far the worst would have to be then one in the middle with the blue dye jersey on.

still working on the fade thing... but i fooled around and did this

heres the fade pic, dont ask me how i did it, but i spent 20 minutes in MS paint doing it with lines of different shades of black... i just hope you like it

Sneaky hacker.. it loks like you're using picture it.. i can tell u how to put a black fade in..

-import that picture into your screen
-go into the cutouts and get a BIG square, make it black.. and make it fill the entire screen..
-put the paintball picture on top of the black square then go into the layers on the right and click the black square
-go into edge effects and slick soft edges.. then drag the slider over to 100%

if that didnt make any sense to you, i;ll do it when i get home from school..
