Any web tutorials on making teplates?

I am looking for any web tutorials on how to make a website template, or if any one who is familiar with making them could please help me.

If you use dreamweaver they have thier own template meathod that works great - you can find out how to use it in the manual - or the QuickStart guide to dreamweaver by peach pit press.
