    Old man of the mountain

Well, for all us new hampshire people, today is a sad day. The old man of the mountain fell down. http://www.theunionleader.com/
I drive by it pretty frequently, it's gonna be funny driving by without it.

    That really sucks!

Although not a native NewHampshireite, I can appreciate the symbolism and history. I hope they seek ways to rebuild the profile.

It's okay to mix peas and corn. But don't call it "porn".

Eh, I don't think they should rebuild anything. Things change and end. Just a fact of life and there's no point in building old fallen landmarks. It had it's time to shine.

Man, that sucks. I have pictures of it from a few years ago. I thought that it was pretty cool to see. I too hope they dont "rebuild" it, as it was a natural occurence.

Yeah. I'm not sure if I want them to rebuild it. It was a natural occurence, but it was held up by lots of wires, and it's been modified a lot to keep it's appearence. Maybe we'll have to pick something new to be a state symbol. I forget the name of it, but across from the old man is a big rock that looks just like an eagle. That would be neat.
