I used to be in track! I wasn't good. I liked the girls in short shorts, and when they would bend over on the staring blocks. I ran the 100 and 200. I'd get about 12 in the 100, and 25 in the 200. My senior year, I started pole vaulting. We didn't have pits to practice on. We could just do these stupid drills and such. So, I barely had to do anything in practice, it was great. I would just take naps on the high jump mats. My highest recorded mark was 11', I got 11'6" once though, just warming up before the meet. I got 3rd at our division's state meet, then I went on the the all-division state meet and got 8th. It was raining and people were falling of their poles all over the place. Nobody did well, so it worked out better for me. Track was a lot of fun. I spent most of the time just goofing off.

It's been awhile but here goes from my last year of running:
                100M 10.82 AT
                200M 21.28 AT
                400M 48.62 AT

And they still weren't good enough to make it into the the upper brackets in California! Good competition

                    I run a 61 second 400 meter, and a 5:48.6 mile.

This is my first year running... at begining of school year (last fall) I had a 6:56 as my fastest single mile, so I'm getting faster (cross country and wrestling for first time this year aswell)

I never ran the half mile... just the quarter and the mile

For cross, I ran a 21:15... I always ran too fast my first mile... 6:34 for my first mile, at conference

                    I've had amazing improvements

                        All wrestlers are long-distance runners

Never ran in track.. did shot & a bit of discus.. I sucked, but it wasn't a big deal.. only did it to pass the time between football & wrestling :)
I'm way too old for this ****.

                          100: 12.47
                          200: 24.20

not the greatest times but i only did it one year. my school's distance team was fourth in the nation last year though....
