That graphics controller reminds me of the on-board video cards. You might be able to get driver updates via Windows Update.

As for the other problem, I dunno. What version of windows?

Ok start by reinstalling the default graphics controller from the install disk that is for your mother board, the bit that is causing the problem is a corrupt file...why is another question but by reinstalling it should fix that part...note I am NOT saying reinstall your graphics card assuming that you have a separate graphics card not an on-board version. The graphics controller you have quoted is part of the bios/cmos NOT the graphics card itself even if you have on-board graphics.

The blue screen of death "may" be easier to fix, it is very possible that your cmos battery is on its way out...this is the little watch style battery on your mother board (if you do not have one of these and your motherboard has a soldered rechargeable type then you are screwed and will have to buy a new motherboard...it could be replaced but not to be advised due to the sandwich layers on the motherboard can be fried when re-soldering takes place)

You will have to enter into the bios when you restart your machine after replacing the battery to set the date and auto find the hard drives etc but once that is done all "should" be fine. To enter the bios you will have to press the delete button when the PC boots up with the DOS (or psuedo DOS if using XP) screen and then follow the prompts...not rocket science just do it slowly

IRQ conflicts are common when networking cards are installed due to shared resource defaults can throw up the errors you are having.....local machine registry is your only route...that can be awkward and not to be undertaken lightly. Search Microsoft archives for a fix (assuming you are using a version of windows)
