Well, I've finally gotten some pics developed of my new baby. one Subaru Impreza WRX 2.0L turbo horizontally opposed "boxer" engine. All-Wheel-Drive (makes for good, fun four wheel drift and grass work
) Running 12psi boost, aftermarket top-mount intercooler and plumb-back blow-off valve. That's all the engine mods I've got at the moment, but once funds become available, the boost will go up, the intercooler will be ditched for a front-mount, and a new exhaust and pod filter will be fitted. Run a best 1/4 mile ET of 14.4 @95mph. Not that quick, but it's quicker than my 5.0L V8 ute was.
Oh, last I heard you couldn't get WRX's in the States, The best Subaru put out there was the RS 2.5L non-turbo. Shame that. Hopefully things have changed.
