CNC Knee Mill

Hey, I would like to ask you pros about CNC Knee Mills.... just out of curiosity and interest.

I read that the Bridgeport EZ-Plus mill can be used as both a Manual and CNC mill, would the same be possible for a mill such as this? http://www.cuttingtoolmall.com/catal...fm?FamilyID=ac

Also, will any knee mill equiped with this kind of CNC gear be able to operate in both modes?

Yup the mill in that link will work manual as well,you can see the handwheels in the picture.
