    Looking for a good DivX encoding program

    I am looking for a good DivX encoding program so that I can convert MPEG videos to a smaller sized .avi file. What are some suggestions if you have any. Need to find a way to have videos take up less space on my computer.

    just use virtualdub. Its free and its fairly simple to use.

      virtualdub will work, go to www.doom9.org to download it and find guides on how to convert from mpg to divx

        I perfer FlasKMPEG Just look up a site called DivX Digest(forgot the url,lol) theres lots of guides, lonks, etc.
