AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Seen the new $20 bills yet? Yet another new change to US paper money to prevent counterfeiting, but this one has a first- color. It has blue and peach shading. I think it looks neat. Here's a pic. What do you think of it?

.. This will do nothing. They will find ways to reproduce this. And there is still plenty of time to make more of the 20's we hace now. There will always be conterfeits. Someone will always fall for them. Short of making a death penatly on those caught conterfieting, not much will work.

I saw some lady hand a cashier a brand new $2 bill. That confused me. I ended up beating the lady sensless with a whiffle bat and taking her purse.
i have a bunch of '99 series $2 bills, the gov't only prints them about every 10-15 years, specifically for horse/dog racing bets, because alot of $2 bets go down... according to what the local bank told me
cool, havent seen one yet, but i might get one when i cash my next paycheck
Honestyly stick one of those on a really good copy machine, buy twenty dollars of gas, think they will ever notice, or even if they do remember who it was?

It will do even less if we don't change it at all. Sure, they will eventually figure out ways to copy this one, but by then we'll have another redesign on the drawing board...
Hey Zero, how much did that Chipley cost ya?

How do you tell what series the bills are? is it the number under the word series?...the reason I ask is that I have one of the $2 bills but my date series (if that is the right place to look) says series 1976
Plus to keep this post more in topic...it's about time America changed its bills...I mean all the same colour and size not atall easy to know how much you have...what about people with sight difficultys? The money I use is both a different colour for each amount AND a different size, all done so that you can tell in the dark what amount bill you have..though it is mainly for people with sight problems and if you are registered blind you will recieve a template to identify the bills. The only downside is that our wallets have to be deeper than yours to allow for the larger bills.
Well, see all the vending machines, change machines, ticket machines, registers and all other cash using machines would have to be changed. That's expensive and the transition would take too long. It would be kina nice though.
