Hey need a good hosting site ... my server cooked itself last night

Well my old dual-cpu pentium pro finally commited suicide last night ... just a short few months after upgrading it to Solaris 2.8.

So while I am researching new machines I need to find a good temporary hosting site that can support the following;

-- MySQL database.
-- PHP, Perl CGI scripting.
-- Flash.
-- FTP/SSH Access. (Even a basic shell access would be nice if SSH not allowed)
-- Multiple EMail address with aliasing.
-- etc ... you get the idea.

Anyone here got any suggestions for sites they like ...
