People who've seen the movie species, can you tell me what's about?

I need to know what the movie Species is about, but I haven't seen it. So could someone who has just give me a few sentences what's all about and such, just enough to summarize it, like 5-6 sentences at most. Thanks!

Species is about a female alien on the planet, the FBI has a group after her, and she's trying to mate with a male (she assumes the looks of a beautiful woman). She does so successfully, but I believe she and her child are killed in the end. Standard T&A movie, not hardcore at all.
