Too many shoes?

I forgot to include in this picture my paintball cleats, Hitech boots, cycling shoes, and about 3 other pairs that I found stowed away.

I have one pair of shoes. They are my school shoes. My paintball shoes. My biking shoes. My everything shoes. There is no reason you need more then one pair. I wear that one pair down till it's can't be called a shoe anymore, and I'm getting in trouble at school for having shoes that look like crap (There's a dress code)

My freinds dad has had the same pair of shoes since he was 18. He's my hero. I want a pair like that, durable as hell. One pair for the rest of my life.. hmm.

I own 4 pairs of shoes. One pair of sneakers, one pair of dress shoes, one pair of old crappy sneakers (paintball shoes), and some boots.

4 pair combat boots, 2 pair cowboy boots, 1 pair running shoes......oh, and 1 pair of flip-flops for taking showers in less-than-sanitary barracks stalls.


But I do have lots and lots of hats!

I have 3 pairs of work boots, 1 pair of hiking boots, 3 sets of sandals/flip flops, 2 pairs of Vans, 2 pairs of ADIDAS, 2 pairs of slippers, 1 pair of thigh length waders, 1 pair of snowboots(hard mountaineering boots), 3 pairs of Allstars(1 black hitop, 1 black lowtop, 1 red lowtop), 1 pair of nice dress shoes(for church) and another pay of insanely nice dress shoes for the one time I had to wear a tux(prom last saturday)

Yea, so all in all, I have 20 pairs of shoes that float around my room. Most of them are actually in their shoeboxes in my closet because I don't really use all of them most of the time(especially the snowboots and tux shoes)

i got three pairs of running shoes (alternate each one i use--identical looking). 2 pairs of track spikes. 2 pairs of every day shoes, 2 dress shoes, 1 tux shoes, and 1 hiking shoes,...thats 11 pairs of shoes

I got some sandals, CC spikes, everyday shoes, cleats, and I still have my baby shoes!

How can you guys only have one pair of shoes? Even when I was in high school I had different shoes for different occasions.
