        Yeah, the anti copy CDs that Sony spent millions of dollars developing were, in the end, foiled by using a 50 cent magic marker to mark the outside edge of the disc.

        I wonder how much time/money went into developing this, so that we can all laugh when some creative 14 year old realizes that if you spit a wad of Juicy Fruit on it and dip it in a bowl of Mt. Dew Amped, the dvd lasts forever.

            exactly. disney wants to siphon off from blockbuster and netflix but not have to hassle with returns. me personally, i love netflix and i dont see anyreason to change.

              2 days??

              i give this fad a week to live and die.....i mean come on who would spend like lets say 3 bucks to rent on of there Self Destruct dvd's for only 2 days...or you could spend 3 bucks for a 5 day rental and blockbuster...and 3 days for the new one's...i'll stick with blockbuster...beside disney is one of the most very companys along with Martha Sturat, and MTV
