Avril, IMO is really really quite ugly. But this woman on the right has a completely different skin color. It's just not her.

It could be her. The color of the skin can easily be affected by light, make up, digital affects, and the actuall hue can vary slightly from time to time (maybe she went to the beach...). I dont think you will be getting any real proof it is her or not, though.

it's her... Take a look at the facial features. They are VERY similar. Of course it's hard to compare since one pic has outdoors lighting, open eyes, facing up and the other is indoors, eyes closed and looking down. one thing you CAN compare are how there teeth and lips are similar. I think that's a dead give away. Avril has a very unique shape of lips.

she's suppoesd to be hot.. usually she is.. but that is deffinatly her in that right side picture. first off you can tell by her facial features like heat had said previously. and also by the way shes tilting foward with her mouth hung open letting flies in... its how she talks,breaths,thinks, and sings.

My mom knows Courtney Cox's sister, so we went to her house for a party and she looked totally different without her makeup. At first I didn't recognize her because she did not look very good at all. Ok fine, she was UGLY! Most celebrities just look horrible without makeup, which really stinks.
