i need opinions from those who want to offer one

I designed a site for a local tattoo artist.

I made some changes on the site, that involve animated gifs.

Please check the site, let me know what you think of the pages that are animated, and those that just contain slight color.

i kinda like it, but its really easy to get lost clicking on different things, i would have one certain bar or something that links too all of them, and maybe something that appears and tells you whats next when the mouse goes over it, like when you go over the arm on the lady it says in a little tag or something:

Arm Tattoo pictures or something like that so you know whats next and dont get confused,
other than that it looks good

The intro screen and the home page animated .gifs are really big, file size-wise. 1 meg+ for a single picture with some slight animation is a bit much.
A better way to do it would be to cut the pictures up into pieces and only use animated .gifs for the pieces of the picture that are animated, and normal .gif (or jpg) for the rest of the pieces. You would then assemble the picture in a table.
As someone said earlier, you do need to make the mouseovers more effective by changing the picture during a mouseover.
You could also use Flash...which would allow you to do much much more than what animated gifs can.

Other than that I like the art, style and layout. Consistent and pretty clean, just stay away from too many cheesy html/javascript tricks. :)
