ok, the Y is 5 from rail to drop, and the stock frame is 4 (but backwards).
my 90*'s are about 1/2 tall, so if you use a 4.5 and a 90* it will be level with the bottom of the Y... if you try to bend a hose around you might have trouble.
i dont use a foregrip much, sometimes i find myself holding onto the reg on my tank
.. i kind of pinch it, or just lay the grip/tank on my hand
