I accidentally have installed something for my browser called "whaz it" or something liek that, it was basically a toolbar. So I went and deleted it and thought I was alright. But now, every time I open a browser it temporarily locks up, and even times out sometimes and says the program isnt responding, but eventually gets around to getting there. And also, I am getting pop up ads from sites I never would have (including AO) and every once in a while a new icon on my desktop for gambling or something. Is there anyway to weed this out of my computer? Thanks

Download and run Spybot Search & Destroy. You might also want to check out Ad-Aware. If those don't get rid of all of it, you can edit the registry manually. -
