WTF is outwar?

I've been going to newgrounds alot these day's and In almost every review people post link's to outwar, but they alway's have something you have to remove first like www.out$$$war.com(reove the $$$ and your fine)

I'm just wondering what this is and why peole have to add those things into the link? also, why is everone trying to link me to it?

Outwar is a lame game, you get people to click to make your army larger.

people add the things in the middle to avoid the filter I believe because most forums filter "outwar.com" so people don't post that spam.

so it's a game eh, is it some kind of rpg or what? sound stupid, like a pyramid scheem. get people to come to the sight and you get a "bigger army".
