My friends and I sing Koom-by-ah together, it really scares the opposition. Sometimes, if we're feeling especially fierce, we'll go for Ring around the Rosey. Nothing like sing-alongs to just rip apart the mental determination of the other team.

I don't listen to music before I play, but I would assume what I listen to while I work out and/or run would have the same effect. I like SOAD or Rage best. Some Anthrax is good, too.
