Where Are You Going For Summer Vacation?

So where is everyone going this year?

I am going to Key West again a week from sunday, will be staying at the islands highest rated hotel.

I also may be making a trip to Decatur, AL if I dont get my TacoBell money Load.

I've got a college visit or two( Longwood College and Christopher Newtport Univ) in July.

After that I go to Oak Ridge, well, actually clinton, but Oakridge is cooler, Tennessee for a Family reunion for like a weekend.

Then I go to the Jubilee Project in Sneedville, Tennessee. If anyone else has the option of going to the Jubilee Project, or Appalachain Service Project, or something similar, DO IT! Even if you aren't the "nice and helpful" kind of person, you will enjoy it so much.

And finally, we go to the beach in late August. I'm hoping lilsnowpixie can come. Anyone else go to Ocean Isle Beach in NC?

My 17 yo lil bro got to go to Texas A&M for a 'swim camp'.
My 15 yo lil bro got to go to Hawaii to visit friends.
I got to stay home and help paint/remodel the house so we can move...

I just got off a 'stay at home' holiday last week. I stayed home and relaxed and did all those things that I've been wanting too.

But were going camping for a week around the august long weekend. Middle of nowhere.

Then I've got a few days off for Splat Attack 2.

I'm doing the Appalachia Service Project too, but were going to Virginia. I'm leaving tomorrow morning at 6 am and won't be back until June 29th! But, when I get back I'm working my tail off teaching sailing at a local club so I'll have lots of $$$ for my ULE Emag. I already have the ULE rail and frame, the CNC battery pack and ULE body are on their way, and I'm getting an X-valve whenever that nice, big paycheck rolls around. When all is said and done, I'm hoping for my own little X-mag(should be lighter than one too )!

I am heading off to Edisto Island SC the 30th through the 7th of July. Staying in a rental house just across the street from the beach. Gonna fish, Boggie board, Ride my Bike around, hunt fossils and eat Seafood...Maybe down a few Brewskies.

I'll be working at a Cub Scout camp all summer... I leave tomorrow, get back August 20-ish. No AO, no internet (meaning no AO), no paintball stuff in general, no friends from around here... all for the sake of an e-mag!!

I get to go to the World Cup (-hopefully with some homies so we can play 5man novice) and Disneyworld for two weeks as a sort of late "honeymoon and shopping spree" rolled into one...I am spoiled.
