    TNN not renaming to Spike TV?

    Apparently, Spike won his court battle which will not allow TNN to be renamed to Spike TV.

    What I don't get is that he claims it will make people think of him when they hear the word Spike. Why should that even matter when Spike Lee isn't even his real name?

        He won a temporary injunction. No way he wins this case in the long run. Spike is a common word. I guess Spike from the little rascals will be sueing Spike Lee next for name infringement!

          When I first saw the ad for spike tv I actually wondered if it had anything to do with him, he does have a point but it's pretty dumb.

              His suit is that people will associate him with the network, I did that unknowlingly. Hense, he has a point.

                spike lee is one of if not the most overrated people on this planet. someone needs to smack him with a branch from the reality tree in hopes that he will wake up and realize he is not as cool as he thinks he is.
