    RAID question

i have a 60gb harddrive, a 100gb harddrive, a 180gb harddrive, a cd burner, and a dvd burner. i am going to use the 60gb for the drive i install programs on, and the other two for other stuff. i was planning on having the 60gb on IDE1 and then the cd and dvd drives on IDE2, then the 100gb and 180gb on a RAID setup, but what is the best setup to use. from what i read, i can only do a RAID 0 if the harddrives are the same size, a RAID 1 just mirrors files on both drives incase one crashes, and a RAID 0+1 is both combined. so is there any way i can have the 180gb and 100gb as a RAID setup and get 280gb out of it, or is the most i can get only 200gb?
