Annoying..

Don't you hate it when people randomly delete things on your computer?

For example:
*Random Drivers that are not supposed to be deleted.
*Games with saved files you worked hard on
*Something that makes you have to reinstall windows (couldn't boot), and loosing everything on the harddrive
*Things you spent many hours downloading off Kazaa

And the latest which once again pisses me off..

Everything in my unzipped folder. A Bunch of random stuff, but still, VERY annoying.


ok, I'm done now.. anyone else's parents like this? Delete things without asking...Especially when it's not their computer. Things that most of the time, they don't know what they do. Never belong to them. Only thing they use the computer for is the Internet. How files in my C:\ drive effect them, is beyond me.

AAAHHHHH! i hate that, my dad has a tendency to "rebuild" the compooter and in the maentime he normally deleates virtually everything on it argggh it stinks.

My work is computer tech support for a computer company (to be left unnamed) .... MaN .. ppl do some seriously stoopid things to their computers....

I mean SERIOUSLY stoopid stuff !!!

A while ago, one of my neighbours decided to free up more hard drive space by going through the file structure and deleting anything he didn't recognise and thought he didn't need. Among those files was config.sys and command.com

Not good.

its not aloways that easy... especally when they like to "add/remove" your computer games.. those go straight to computer file heaven or hell.. not to the recycle bin

Have you tried setting yourself up with a separate User Login? This might alleviate some of the problem.

I'm guesstin it means Creative Labs Sound Blaster, my sound card.. Sound works fine.

Hahaha, that's why your parents have their own computer to break.

For the people who have parents that delete stuff off their computers and cause them to screw up... put up a password logon in windows and start up. That ought to keep them out.
