      axle grease

on the front fort i used axle grease. works fine..with the chain i left alone cause the freewheel and the crank had axle grease in then too...keeping the chain greased won't help any..it will just cause it to get dirty and such stuck on it..grease it once in awhile so it still moves freely
Use a table to get it smaller in over all hight

Good to know that somone of Tom's status seeks "relief" from a sport he helped create. A sport now ruled by a single patent.
