eh, i disagree with the IRC statement. I get many of the pre-release CDs this way. otherwise, I use direct connect. that is how i amassed most of my music collection.

as far as my firewalls.. i honestly could care less what the riaa tries do to do me.

If they come after you, point them in my direction. I actually hope that that record industry comes after me for the few MP3s I have downloaded. As a huge supporter of bands and music, I have over 1000 CDs that I have paid for. The couple hundred MP3s I got are a joke compared to the tens of thousands I have spent on music.

WHA?!?! I remember when i was like 8 i would always wonder why my dad would sit with his headphone's on everynight for like 3 hours at a time. I thought it was so pointless. These days i listen to music while doing just about everything...in fact, im listening to music as i type this! (poison the well, WOOT!!)
