    CPU Problem

Well more of a internet explorer problem. I can't start any new links in a new window. It opens but it NEVER loads. Anyone know what the heck is going on?

lol. it might be your memory. maybe you don't have enough to load up that second window. my old comp used to take a really long time. i think because it had to use "virtual memory". it would help if you told us what you're running.
