wow just what a mother always wanted to buy for her 16 year old son for her birthday parts for a bong and women who wouldnt be proud?

the fish idea sounds cool except glow in the dark fish sounds kinda odd... anyway id try and get a dog and use the money theyd spend to get food and dishes and leashes and such for it(just get a dog from the pound or a friend unless you want to race it or some odd garbage like that)
