What kind of scooters would you reccomend that are stand on electric scooters, that can go up to 18mph and are below $300?

My friend got lucky with a gas scooter. When he moved into his house, the previous owners left a busted up old gas scooter. He just spent 75 bucks and had someone fix it. I say you buy used or the one no_doz offered.Type like an idiot on the internet and you will be seen as an idiot.Comment
