Ok, so it says my subscription has expired. So I went through the website and subscribed. Now when I hit live update it says it does the update, but I never entered my new subscription number, and my virus definition don't get updated. Can anyone help me out?

My subscription also ended and I just click on skip. It installs the currrent virus definition just fine.
