What was I asking for?

I have sent a norise body to an airsmith to have him do work on it. He gave me a picture of the finished product and I felt it was not what I paid for or asked for. I just need about 20 opinions of what YOU think I was asking for by the questions and emails I have given. The quotations means it is a direct qoute from an email I have given, if not it is a question I have given but I cannot find the email containing that question.

The general question:

Can you drill holes in the shape of flames into my norise body? Like the ovals on a minimag body and the circles on an RT pro?

do you have the picture of what it really looks like? i could see how from your pictures he may have gotten a wrong idea, but i would have to see the final product to be sure. if you really dont like it you can probably just sell it for as much or more then what it cost and then start over.

He had stated that he understood what I wanted(there are more small conversational emails that i have to search for) I have the picture of the final product but I want to know what you believe I asked for before I post it up. Posting the actual picture will destroy the whole effect. I mean when I asked him to do this I didn't give him the actual picture, so I'm trying to recreate the enviroment to see what people believe I was asking for.

So you just want something like a minimag but with the holes shaped like flames instead of circles? That seems pretty self explanatory

if those are the exact pictures you emailed to this airsmith, then yes you explained it very well.

I would be hard pressed to even TRY to confuse these pictures and construe them as something else.

Your explanation is VERY clear. As joey D said, it would be hard to even TRY to mess that up...can you post pics of the final product?

what I would have made would have looked as you have it in the second picture, although it would look better than squiggly lines.

I would have made you a mini-mag style body but instead of ovals, there would be flames.

well i would cut flame shaped holes leaving metal at the end and space them around teh end of teh body evenly now post a pic damnit!

I think that is where he got the idea, but I think it was a combination of that explanation and him not understanding all of the words.
