Well, I was to lazy to read any other replies (I'm a college student). I'd suggest asking around at some of the frats. People living in the dorms will eat at the dining hall before spending money. I know I would. We have a cook at our frat. He doesn't come every day. A lot of times he'll come and make food that we can just heat up. I'm not sure how much we pay him though.
