Well, I was about to download something but I decided not to..... Damn government

Will they in any way be able top sue people who have used Kazaa before??? Or will they only focus on people who download in massive amounts?

I didnt know that government angienices could sue. I always thought they would fine or send you to jail. Something doesnt sound right here.
